ROSENDA: Today, we are here in Lima. We went on a bus ride and went to see a museum (Inquisition museum). It’s a museum that talks about how the Catholic church tortured people. We also saw the Catacombs and saw real bones and saw how the Catholics buried bones. We went to a cooking class and we made interesting things and they tasted really good. My favorite dish was the fish mixed with different things and it’s a common food here in Peru. The fish was with lemons, onions and some chile, it’s really good. We had vinegar wine, rice mixed with French fries. Again, everything was really good. For dessert, we had something really interesting. It’s well known here, pretty simple “hand food.” That’s it- we’re really full and we will go to sleep early. Good bye.
